Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) has unveiled its latest creation: the Chocolate Ice Cream Collection, designed especially for chocolate lovers seeking the ultimate indulgence. This curated collection features flavours made with 45 percent more cocoa than Tillamook's classic chocolate ice cream, promising a richer, darker, and more decadent experience with every spoonful.

Brownie Batter is an extra creamy dark chocolate brownie batter ice cream loaded with delectable brownie dough pieces.

Dark Chocolate Cookies & Cream has the richness of dark chocolate ice cream filled with crunchy chocolate cookie pieces for an extra satisfying texture.

Chocolate Hazelnut has velvety dark chocolate ice cream, chopped hazelnuts, and a luscious hazelnut butter ribbon for a truly luxurious experience.

German Chocolate Cake is dark chocolate ice cream infused with brown sugar coconut filling, pecan pieces, and chocolate cake bits, reminiscent of the classic dessert.

Hunter Clayton, Ice Cream Scientist at TCCA, emphasised the meticulous process behind crafting the perfect cocoa powder to achieve the ideal balance of sweetness and bitter cocoa for the new chocolate ice cream base.

Additionally, the team drew inspiration from decadent desserts such as German chocolate cake and brownie batter, resulting in a collection that caters to every chocolate lover's desire.

The Chocolate Collection joins Tillamook's growing lineup of premium ice cream offerings, which includes recent additions like Neapolitan as a core flavour and seasonal delights such as Orange and Cream, Campfire Peanut Butter Cup, Peppermint Bark, and Holiday Sugar Cookie.
