The Coca-Cola Company is celebrating everyday greatness through their new theme for the upcoming Paris Olympic Games.

Coca-Cola is the longest-running partner of the games, providing unique opportunities for athletes annually. The new theme, 'Celebrating Everyday Greatness,' was designed to champion life's moments, both big and small.

In its pursuit of making this year's Olympics and Paralympics truly spectacular, Coca-Cola has dedicated significant resources to a range of portfolios. These investments aim to engage fans and athletes and deliver a more sustainable and enriching experience.

"The Olympic and Paralympic Games are a prime opportunity for The Coca-Cola Company and our extensive portfolio of products to connect with fans," said Brad Ross, VP of global sports & entertainment marketing and partnerships at The Coca-Cola Company.

"We will use this global stage to showcase how greatness in everyday moments can create real magic."

As a worldwide partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, The Coca-Cola Company will refresh athletes, officials and spectators with its products.

The partnership between the Olympic Games and Coca-Cola has lasted nearly a century, promoting countless athletes across different sports, countries and abilities.

The pressure to perform can be overwhelming, mainly when so many people rely on you to be your best, day in and day out," said global soccer star and Team Coca-Cola athlete Débora Cristiane de Oliveira.

"This is my third time competing in the Olympic Games. This year, I've made it a point to let those around me know how much they motivate me to be great every day on and off the field."

Keeping sustainability in mind, The Coca-Cola Company has clarified that they want to leave the Olympic and Paralympic games without excess waste. To achieve this goal, the company will be providing packaging options to help minimise carbon emissions.

Coca-Cola will also include drink and water fountains with refill options, returnable glass bottles, and bottles made from recycled materials.

Low-carbon vehicles powered by electricity, biogas or hydrogen will deliver products to site venues and the Athletes' Village.
