Peter Dawson, formerly of Supa IGA and Metcash/IGA, Smokemart & Gift Box and The Reject Shop, has been appointed the Queensland State Manager at Lenard's.
“I have known Peter both personally and professionally for 18 years. We worked together at a previous company, and Peter is well-known in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector. He was also an IGA retail store owner for six years, so he understands the needs of our customers,” said Harry Rumpler, CEO of Lenard’s.
Dawson will work closely with the new sales team as the brand continues to grow into all independent retailers across Australia through its partnership with Metcash.
“I would describe myself as a retailer who is all about the team. I have been watching the development of the brand and its retail offer over the last six months, and I'm looking forward to what we can achieve with this great brand,” said Dawson.
