Mojo Kombucha Shut Down

Mojo kombucha

Kombucha brand Mojo has shut down its Willunga, South Australia, factory and will no longer be in the market once the final stock has been sold. MOJO was produced by Organic & Raw and was acquired by Coca-Cola Amatil in 2018. The Kombucha underwent a rebrand in 2021, with new flavours being added as recently as July this year.

“Sadly, we have made the difficult decision to close our kombucha factory. This means that in the near future, our delicious MOJO Activated Kombucha, Kombucha Soda & Gut Shots will start to disappear from fridges and will no longer be available,” said the company in a statement.

“This has been a fantastic journey and would not have been possible without you, our loyal drinkers. We thank you all for your support over the last 12 years.”

Online, customers blame Coca-Cola for shutting down the business as it is competition for other brands.

MOJO juice which was not produced by Organic & Raw will continue to be available.
