Supermarket chain Iceland's banned ad is on track to become the most popular Christmas advert ever after a number of celebrities came forward urging people to watch. The advertisement currently has had over 30 million views online and continues to grow.
The advertisement, which features actress Emma Thompson, was blocked by the UK’s advertising agency after being deemed ‘too political’. A petition has been started by the public to get the government to allow the ad to air. It already has over 875,000 signatures.
