A major Christchurch-based grocery distribution service has combined forces with a sales and merchandising company.
Paragon MultiPlex Ltd has been merged with Innovative Sales & Merchandising Ltd after 47 years in the grocery business.
Phillip and Wanda Coates of Paragon Multiplex Ltd have decided to merge with Grant Pemberton of Innovative Sales & Merchandising Ltd (ISM). ISM has absorbed the portfolios, the people, and the systems that Paragon MultiPlex Ltd have developed over many years.
The merged businesses will provide a dedicated sales and merchandising field force of just over 70 people on the ground, including three regional Sales Managers, Key Account Management expertise, and PAK’nSAVE specialists supported by the necessary Customer Services support team.
Phillip and Wanda will remain actively involved in the Merged business assisting the ISM Team with the transition before gradually easing out late this year.
