The Hawkes Bay Vegetable Growers’ Association has invited horticulture growers impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle to a meeting in Hastings today at 5 pm.
Held at the Elwood Centre on 15 Otene Road, Waipatu, the meeting will be an opportunity for growers’ across impacted regions to discuss their issues and have an open forum about potential solutions to resolve damages created by the natural disaster.
The meeting will address many topics, including updates on recovery grants, civil defence payments, clean-up safety and hygiene, and more.
