Grant Rosewarne has resigned as the CEO of New Zealand King Salmon Investments (NZK) with immediate effect.
As Rosewarne owes the company loans related to certain share acquisitions, the company has provided him with a 'put option' to sell assets at a specific time and price.
General Manager of sales, Graeme Tregidga, will be acting CEO until a replacement is announced.
