We are pleased to announce the upcoming Peter Mitchell Memorial Golf Day on July 31, which will see us partnering with the Graeme Dingle Foundation to raise funds for Kiwi Can and establish the inaugural Peter Mitchell Scholarship.
Peter Mitchell was a dedicated supporter of the grocery industry and a passionate golfer who sadly passed away last year. He was the proud owner of Review Publishing, the publisher of SupermarketNews and several other magazines, and was a well-respected figure in the industry. During his lifetime, he was the recipient of numerous accolades and awards, including the FGC Lifetime Achievement Award twice. Peter was committed to supporting and mentoring individuals who were starting out in the industry, and this scholarship is a fitting way to continue his legacy.
