Josh Emett has partnered with Eta to create Eta Uppercuts Chef’s Edition, which serves up some of the finest restaurant-inspired flavours, including a Smoky Beef Brisket, Honey Soy Roast Duck and Parmesan & Truffle flavoured potato chips.
Emett began his love of cooking when he was a child growing up on a dairy farm in New Zealand. Josh went on to make his name internationally as an acclaimed Michelin star chef working alongside Gordon Ramsay for ten years, as a judge on MasterChef NZ and now, owner of multiple restaurants and author of three cookbooks.
