Low And No Alcohol Beer Becoming More Popular

Low and no alcohol beer is becoming more acceptable with 59 percent of respondents having said that they had tried some form of low or no alcohol beer. The survey which was conducted by Carlsbery UK studied the drinking habits of 2000 adults. The poll also revealed that 52 percent of UK adults agreed that low/no alcohol beer had become more socially acceptable over the last two years. 28 percent of respondents also stated that they would consider drinking an alcohol-free beer as an alternative to alcohol while 26 percent said that they would rather drink it instead of a soft drink.

With more health-conscious consumers, a number of drinkers are reducing their alcoholic drinking habits. Millennials are pushing the trend with 70 percent having said that they would enjoy an alcohol-free beer.
