Coca-Cola Amatil NZ has been named the most attractive commercial employer brand in New Zealand in Randstad’s Annual Employment Brand Research.
Coca-Cola Amatil NZ is thrilled to be named the leading commercial employer in New Zealand, the only commercial brand named in the top four employers to work for in New Zealand from the 2020 survey by recruitment and HR company Randstad.
The annual Randstad Employment Brand Research ranks the top employers and industries in New Zealand, and placed Coca-Cola Amatil number one in the FMCG sector.
The survey also revealed employee sentiment about attractive qualities in a job. Coca-Cola Amatil was recognised for its financial health (1), job security (2) and use of the latest technology (3) as the top three drivers.
Coca-Cola Amatil Managing Director, Chris Litchfield, is delighted with the accolade recognition after what has been an extraordinary year navigating a pandemic.

During the pandemic we were able to provide certainty by keeping all our staff employed and paid 100% of their wages, and we have repaid the $7.2M wage subsidy in full.”

This is not the only recognition Coca-Cola Amatil has received during 2020. The company was also named Best Employer accreditation for five consecutive years in an announcement by Kincentric and won the prestigious Gold medal in HRD’s Employer of Choice Awards 2020.
2020 marks the eighth year the annual Randstad Employment Brand Research has been conducted in New Zealand. The international research is conducted in 33 countries covering more than 75% of the global economy. The scale of the Randstad Employment Brand Research is currently the largest, independent piece of employer branding research in the world.
