Internationally renowned pastry chef, Pierre Hermé, has teamed up with global ice cream company, Häagen-Dazs, to produce a new macaron ice cream. Celebrated as his signature dish, Pierre Hermé said that he is “very excited and proud of our new collaboration” and that for the past twenty years he has “constantly been creating and reinterpreting my macaron recipes, which is my favourite creative terrain.”
The new range is a mixed flavour collection, comprised of strawberry and raspberry, double chocolate ganache, and yuzu and lemon, and promises to have the French touch to create unique combination of two very popular sweet treats.
